Rosacea / flushing / facial redness treatment report from: Ann Would they recommend this: No TreatmentType: VBeam, view reports of all VBeam treatments Details: I agree with Chris who was treated by Dr. Lisa Kellett at Spa Medica in Toronto. Since that time, Dr. Kellett has left Spa Medica and opened her own office, DLK. I initially saw her at Spa Medica, when she assured me that a FotoFacial program that cost thousands of dollars would rid me of my mild rosacea - it didn't. I went back to her and she said, "good news - we've got a new laser treatment that's even better and one treatment will do it for you." I believe it was a V-beam laser and I have had ten expensive treatments but no success. In fact I have some splotchy patches that I didn't before. I trusted Dr. Kellett initially but she hasn't made any difference to my skin problems and she constantly "up sells" packages of facials and her new line of skincare. I feel embarrassed to have to admit to spending thousands of dollars on these treatments. Like before, I begin everyday standing in front of the mirror applying makeup all over my face to conceal the redness and veins. I would not recommend Dr. Kellett for any serious procedure.
