I find him to be a very compassionate, considerate and intelligent Doctor who knows what he's doing. He asks the right questions and doesn't want to delve right into treating you if you don't need it. To be more specific, he is the kind of Doctor you want when you are feeling crap like I have been for a long time. I had 2 sessions of photoderm with Dr Patterson. I came from Japan to have it done where I'm an English teacher at the moment. I've had ETS/block for facial blushing/flushing by Timo Telaranta in 2001 which did nothing for me with respect to the red face which I seem to have constantly. I'm going to say more than the rest who post on here- because I want people to know the facts and I believe people who are happier post less because they have a new beginning or smething like that. 1. My symptoms- hot facial flushing for spicy food, alchohol, stressful situations, hot weather, contact of heat on my face, high level of dermographism (ask later), residual dilation of the blood vessels on my face on a constant basis which looks like a pemanent pink cheeks. 2. I've had ETS/Block by clamping (Timo Telaranta 2001, Finland)www.privatix.fi (no help to me- my opinon only) General Physician tests- 24 hr urine test, gut hormone screen, blood tests etc.. homeopathy, herbalism, accupuncture, chinese medicince, regular visits to my sunbed centre, many GP visits, psychologist..and more. All to try and make things better....
