Dr Lai is lovely and has experience w/ rosacea but has his own theories and approach which differs from the protocols recommended by Dr Nase. I noticed most marked improvement after the 3rd tx. Overall I think it did help stop the rapid progression and I seem less red generally and to flush a bit less, but I still do flush some and have papuals (perhaps not as bad as before), and photoderm did nothing to help the spider viens on my cheeks. It's been 3 months since my last tx and they say you can see improvements for up to a year so we'll see. I would continue with Dr Lai but will also want to try another Dr/machine/approach to compare results.
