Photoderm
I have Photoderm on 1st September. It's something I approach with mixed feelings having had varied results before.

- Tapering off the GSE and Ester C a few days before-hand incase it thins the blood
- Taking Vitamin K for a couple of days beforehand
- Stopping using the ZincO a couple of days beforehand (and avoiding the sun of course!), in case some of the Zinc remains and deflects the light
- Taking Azithromycin for it's potential anti-angiogenesis effects
- Avoiding aspirin, ibuprofen and the like
