Diroseal with Retinaldehyde

There has been an interesting discussion on the rosacea-support group about an Avene product called "Diroseal" which contains retinaldehyde. Turns out that the active ingredient is supported by science, and that it may be helpful for the vascular aspects of this disease.

A quick search through the message archive reveals that the Diroseal has also been discussed before.

I've picked up the product last night from the Garden Pharmacy in Covent Garden. You can also buy it from their online pharmacy store. I'm sure it's available online in the US too. I'll post back after a few weeks to let you know how I get on with it.

[UPDATE: Didn't do any good for me...]
